Why did you choose 'changing architecture'?

because..fashion is sumthng which has been constantly changing since first designer dress was made...all according to changing constraints and trends of society including the concious of people and social limitations.hence this best fits the concept for a fashion institute where i can depict sum particular kind of transition from past to present.

Obviously there are building materials and cladding materials that change noticeably over time. But clothing doesn't change over time (it is thrown out or left to rot in the wardrobe), our attitudes and tastes are the things that move forward.

'Fashion' is 'changing tastes' or 'current taste' isn't it. You are simply applying the term directly to 'architecture', which doesn't demostrate a great depth of thinking. I would advise you to explore a bit further, maybe pinpoint an aspect of the fashion industry, of clothing, or maybe of clothing design/manufacture that you could use as a concept for a building.
