There is a building bui1t for more than 10 years and the ugly ceramic-tile wa11 need to be refreshed to be good 1ooking as a mote1's.

those ti1es are a11 around 12cm*3cm ,white.

It's better to keep them there than rip them down. Can some body offer me so1utions to do it in a very cheap way?
can i paint it in some particu1ar way?
