The kind of panel is made of high quality cold-rolled steel sheet. Before coated with epoxy powder and then phosphoreted, the steel sheet is stretched and spot-welded. Then the panel is filled with foamed cement. The borders of the panel are punched with corner-lock holes. The whole system of this kind of access floor consists of panel, screw, pedestal and anti-vibration pad. The height of pedestal can be adjusted. It is zinc plated.
