a 36 floor hotel in the coastal city Nha Trang, vietnam
since September 17th,08 to Nov. 12th , 08.
1st prize 25,000 usd
2nd prize 15,000 usd
3rd prize 10,000 usd
design firms must submit their firm's portfolio to be selected as competitors. After submiting design proposals, candidates will received 5,000 usd from the sponsor who wants to support for their participation.
The winners will have opportunities to negotiate about the contract of construction document with sponsor.

| I love Vietnam, it is such a beautiful country. It would be a completely different experience to be involved in this type of project, unlike those Downtown Las Vegas Hotel or Lake Tahoe Hotel projects which I had been involved with in the past. |

I've been told that the coastal city of Nha Trang is gorgeous. This seems to be a very interesting job.
