I'm having a very hard time determining occupancy rates for a mixed use project. For instance, we have a restaurant space included, but no owner and no indication of the staffing they will require, which affects our FTE calculations. We also have a store and storage space, but how do I determine peak occupancy when we don't even know what meals (breakfast lunch dinner) the restaurant will be serving or what hours the store will be open? We have code occupancy figures, but these don't distinguish between regular occupants and transients... Any advice/references will be greatly appreciated...
