Oliver

I think that there is part of this that you may not be aware of.

Part of what a professional does is to give an opinion - that opinion can be very expensive, and with good reason. It is - and must be - an objective opinion.

If it is partial (paid for by someone else) then it is simply not worth the fee.

The professions are right to be fussy about their ethical standards.

The fact that you give a commission/backhander (whatever you call it) does not in any way add quality to your product, but implies that you think that nobody will buy it without a financial under-the-table inducement.

Are you unable to compete without making such payments ?

Oliver, do you know why there are backwards countries? Do you know why you're trying to sell your product in the U.S.?

It's because we have traditions, laws & ethics that allow for honest competition and fair dealing that foster economic development. that's a big reason why there's so much money here and why you're after it.

Sure, there will always be a few who skirt or shun these things in the quest for riches, but it's a tiny minority -- unlike the places you're used to operating in.

Please do go forward with your grand plan. In fact, I beg you to commit a large piece of your operating budget to bribing anyone with two legs. I think you'll have particularly good luck with government officials. Oh, they like diamonds too, especially blood diamonds.

And ivory! Yes, can't get enough ivory! Seriously, you should fill a container with ivory immediately and put it on the first ship to America.

Please let us know how it goes.

Richard Haut,

I do completely understand what you’re saying and I really appreciated it. I understand what professional want to be and I respect it. I think I goes too defensive because of teamjdc that went against me at the very beginning describing our company on ethic that he confused between architect ethics or law without analyzing we were not in the same (business) attacking me continuously in any subject that peace me off and I goes against.

Yes we can convince architects to go with us without (backhander) that’s what I plan now and after analyzing all your comments

Thanks again it was helpful and that was my marketing plan.

Oliver,
After reviewing your website. You may be more selective in what you are trying to market. Your website goes in too many different directions. If I was interested in your products, I wouldn't be interested in artificial flowers or a fake deer. You need to address the market that you are going after. You may want to have the website revamped as well, it is clearly taken from a template.
As you can see from the previous comments, the mistake that you made was offering monetary incentive for using your products. That in itself is unethical marketing practice in the US. However, looking beyond that, provided that you do not offer financial incentives and concentrate on providing service, quality products and quick delivery, you can find a market in the US.

I thought you weren't reading this forum anymore.

Look asshole, I attacked your ethics and principles because you have none.

Your words tell us this, not mine.

You said you don't care about the law.

You said you don't care about professional ethics.

You may want to change your company name because the word is out and we will be watching for you.

Some of my militant friends will be spreading the word that your products are lead-laden crap. Sorry, I cannot control them. They can be like rabid dogs and you're water.

Let's just say that your reputation will be preceding you in many major markets and online.

Sorry, but one thing a business person should never do is underestimate the power of the internet.

Adios ollie.
