Hi everyone,
If you have any knoweldge regarding who actually selects the material that is used in green projects (ie: why one brand of cement would be chosen over another), please help with my quick 1 question poll.
Thank you! |

The architect can specify a material, but it's typically up to the contractor to select the brand, and the architect is typically pleasing the owner....
If I had to pick one it would be the architect, but in reality it's definitely a shared responsibility. _________________ Joel McKellar, LEED AP
