The plan looks pretty good but it is still hard to see at this scale.
Is there anything in the layout you think could be better?
What about elevations?
Could the refrigerator be tucked under the staircase or moved so that the kitchen can be opened up more?
I'm not trying to steer you away but you might also look at this forum: http://www.pushpullbar.com/forums/index.php -they specialize in minimalist modern design.

Is there a possibility of making the Guest room as a self contained at least it(toilet/bath) can be used from inside the room for privacy.
and the maid's room's toilet to be outside it means that it will be shared by guest right? if so i don't think that looks good.

| Interesting shape, it's still a bit difficult to visualise why things are where they are. What is to the 'left' of the plot? A garden? The location of the front door/foyer seems to make the living areas into a corridor. The guest room (maybe not used often) overlooks the pool while the main living area (used a lot) looks into the garage, and the family loft looks over the garage roof! Maybe if you re-arranged it all then you could use the garage roof as a terrace.

Thank you for your comments, as an owner, I can't see that details. try to revise and repost some pics.

Actually from the original design, guest room and maid's room has separate cr, and one powder room outside but for austerity we removed the maid's room cr and opened the guest room's cr.

the left side is only a path way since that's the neigbor's firewall

Is the kitchen small?
Came across with Isay Weinfeld design and got pretty amazed but i don't know if that would fit the extraordinary lot.

| You should provide a overall site plan with the neighboring properties. Where are the views, where is the North Arrow? Is the site entirely flat? Remember, you can make the floor plan anyway you want, but we still need to make it work with the site. Always start from the outside in. From looking at the drawing, I don't know which direction water is draining to, or whether you'll end up spending a chunk of your budget on retaining walls.

To be honest I prefer your first plans, petchoy. I can see you've tried a couple of new ideas above, but they seem to create more problems than they solve. I like the idea of having an important central space - maybe the double height living room above, or the large kitchen area overlooking the pool in your first example. But then there needs to be a rigorous logic to the other spaces. In your new examples in particular, the downstairs plans seems to bear little direct relation to the upper floors. And a still a lot of expanses of flat roof.
My suggestion would be to go back to the idea of a kitchen and living area wrapped around the courtyard and pool - if, as it seems, the plot is surrounded by buildings then it could work well to have an 'introverted' house. Maybe the maid and guest rooms should be towards the 'front' of the house, so that you can keep your lives separate if necessary. I would also suggest the locations of the downstairs/upstairs bathrooms/ensuites are coordinated in some way.
