| Nothing seems closed before 5 a.m, which'll put you into a dis-orientation that you'll feel the city is in totally different time-zone than the rest of the country.

great sketches, those drawings are the kind you find in books and in good architectural offices. Is it something you prefer over other methods of architectural representation? Are you also good making models? I've been thinking it's time to move on, I'm thinking of starting my website. Do you have your own website?

| I really enjoyed your website, I think sketches capture the essence of being somewhere, anywhere. we tend to draw how we feel in that place, at least, thats my interpretation of my own work looking back. Ill have to format more of mine to get them up. You would do great sketching here in Lisbon, very dizzying perspective in any direction for sketch artists!

Nice sketches, ac, particularly the first two, which have a wonderful delicate quality! There is a technician that works with me who does the most amazing sketches on holiday, in fact very similar to Janet's pen and ink drawings. His drawing skills are better by far than any of the other architectural staff I've seen.
I went on holiday to Rome a few years ago and deliberately didn't take my camera. It was great incentive to master the quick sketch. And, as I'm sure you'll agree, you remember much more about a place through the activity of drawing than through the lens of a camera.
