Hi All,
I am looking for a plan for an appartment. I have a land of 4.6x20m rectangular shape. See the attached file. The front and rear side is free.
Can have balcony in the front of building about 50cm.
I intend to build 6 storeys building. Each storey is an appartment which has the requirement as:
1. 1 double bed room, 1 single bedoom
2. 1 Living room
3. 1 Kitchen with dining room
4. 1 Master bathroom and 1 small WC
5. 1 Lift for 3-4 people
6. 1 Stair( could be redical stair to save the room)
I prefer the kitchen isolated from bedroom and living room as much as possible to avoid the smell from the kitchen.
Please sketch the suggestion only.
I appreciate if you help me more than two solutions to compare.

John,
If you can not help, please stay away and let other nice people to share their idea. I am a structural engineer. I do it for my house and just looking for some suggestion plan( if possible) not for whole design.
If no one can help, leave mess as it is and respect other people. It is forum right?

If this is for your own home, and you are not a property developer, then why do you need six separate apartments? Do you have a very large family or something

To be honest, how does tueanh expect anyone to plan a residential building without knowing where it is?!

Sorry to make everyone confused. My house is in Vietnam, asian country.
It is true, my family is not as big to live in 6 storeys. we only live in 2-3 storeys and rent the rest of it. It is very strange to you guys, in my country we are allowed to build up to 6 storey on our own land. And the cost to build that building is about 50K£( 50000pound). Tha money it is impossible to buy an 1 bedroom house or flat in UK.
Instead of asking you guy to develop the plan for me. I work out by myself but not expert like you.
Please give some comments on my plan or quick sketch plan about your idea.
Please not that, it is 2,3,4,5,6th floor with balcony in the front which I have not completed

Well done for making a start! Obviously the big problem of such a long thin plan is the lack of daylight in the middle. With your plan, you will still smell the cooking in the kitchen, wherever you are. Personally I would strongly recommend you move the staircae nearer the middle of the house and put the living room next to the kitchen - in which case both areas will get natural daylight.
And, obviously, you wil have to think carefully about the ground floor, where you will need a communal entrance.
Fire regulations would stop you doing this thing in many countries - just imagine what would happen if there was a fire on the lower floors!!

Thanks Lekizz,
I am aware of the lack of the sky light for living room. That is why I put the opening area betweet the livingroom and small bedromm as shown in plan. Daytime the sky light can come in and evening time I put wall lamb to create the lgiht effect. And other thing the opening for ventilation as well. I will create an other option like Lekizz said to compare.

Is there only one entryway through the bedroom?
What about bedroom closets?
The stairway seems to take a lot of space.
Maybe the kitchen and bath could be closer to share a common plumbing wall.
