Our goal is to assist local architects with getting their designs to the general public.
Every display carries a different selection of home plans. These plans drawn by the best Residential Designers in your area.
We're putting our display in your local building supply store. That's because Home Builders spend more time in the lumberyard than they do looking for plans in magazines or on the internet.
This makes selection easier, too. Who know the needs of local builders better than local architects?
Is one style of home more popular than another? Then why weed through the thousands of plans which don't apply?
Checkpoint doesn't just sell plans. Checkpoint includes the contact information of the original architect. If you like what you see, but want to look at more plans, their web site is posted at the display.
You determine how many prints you to buy as well. Each home plan is individually priced, so if you want to make minor changes, mark up a set, and show your ideas to the original designer.
Or you can buy eight sets, apply for a permit, and begin building right away.
