    |
|
So I just live in a townhouse and I'm trying to find a better way to rearrange everything. Here is a link to my current floorplan. What I don't like about it is my sectional is currently covering the fireplace. The piano you see in there is not currently in the kitchen, I'm just trying to figure out where to put it before I take it out of storage.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried putting the furniture on an angle in the room?
Sometimes putting the sectional sofa on a 30 degree angle is effective. You can also try a 45 degree angle.
You might also try splitting the sectional into separate parts.
Your TV appears from your drawings to be a large screen TV. Have you considered a flat screen TV? This may give you more options.
You could put the piano in the middle of the floor and use it as a room divider with a new flat screen TV set up directly behind the piano.
Furniture does not always have to be placed directly against the wall. _________________ When building or manufacturing always ask, "How will we recycle that?" - JWmHarmon |

| Why not put the TV in the fireplace? The hearth used to be the centre of every living room but the TV seems to have taken over that role. I assume you no longer use the fireplace for fires ;o) |
