| I am in need of a simple CAD program which would enable the plotting of easements and parcels on existing maps, such as parcel maps and assessor's tax parcel maps. It would be nice if the program allowed for a customizable template to contain information, such as the company name and reference information for recording data, which would overlay the map. |
