Dear Designer, 
Most of the time when we want to redevolope or upgrade the area or the plant for example, the first question arise...How is the site condition. Designer said I want it to be as accurate as posibble so that can fit my new design...I want it to be one time fit no double handelling ,can save cost , save time everybody happy the BOSS....well 3d laser scanning provide designer with that kind of data. So all designer get to know the added value by using this technology.
You will be suprise that you will have the 3d model in your own office without going to the site and put value into your new design by super imposed the new design (that is your design) into the truly at site condition and get your fast rating about your own design it is good or need to do some changes. Quickly will answer your own question about your own design when you see the usefull of Existing Condition Survey using 3d Laser Scanning. Well till now .... Hope to hear from others.
