I have up for sale SoftPlan V12 Architectural Design Software www.softplan with SoftList, Interactive Training CD and both manuals for softplan and softlist. I am not in the construction biz anymore and have not used it for over a year. But it did save me a lot of money on design cost. I did mostly remolding and I was able to change drawings as the job progressed, add windows or delete a door or move a wall over 2”, would charge the client for my time and in the end I would have a complete set of as built drawings to give the customer. I never had a need to upgrade because V12 was all I needed.
I’m almost sure after purchasing this, you can transfer my license for a cost of $250 +or- (so you can get upgrades and support) and get upgrade to version 13 for $695.I’m not sure of the exact cost of transfer until I call SoftPlan
