liz,
Contact Engineered Software for tutors in your area (Your firm should provide). There is a manual that comes with the program, which is actually useful. I find the WildTools manual particularly "readable". There are also some helpful demonstration pages on engsw.com, caddpower.com, and http://www.rosegill.com/Bullpen/Bullpen.html
If you at least scan through the manual you'll be able to go back to read about tools or situations you encounter.
I've tutored individuals and groups. usually in a one-day session that is enough to get them started without further meetings. Mainly it's the big differences between PC and what you are used to. Once you shift perspective a bit, it'll hopefully make sense and be pretty simple.
And you can ask questions here, but sometimes people just refer to the manual (so read it first, so you have a comeback). Since the early days when there was a newsletter, this forum has been a great resource of help, commiseration, ideas, arguments, and a little fun.

Sorry to butt in but your link didn't work. Try this one: http://www.rosegill.com/Bullpen/pcwthelp/pc7wt8help/pc7kwt8help.html
These demo pages are how I decided to buy PC and then how I learned how to use it. They were in a different place then but here you have it all in one place. They are invaluable. |

Logically this information ( thanks Rong) all needs to be on the PowerCadd website.
It doesn't present a very pro' image to have the support information scattered all over the place....
was some creating a PCADD wiki somewhere ?

Engineered SOftware is the place to start
This page lets you download the manual in PDF Format which is a good place to start
This page has links to trainers around the world
Through caddpower.com I offer CADDcare services (personalized education and support services) and the PowerCADD User section of the learning center has a range of how to type articles on using PowerCADD (create a user ID and log in for full access)
I hope that helps

| I'd also suggest that you don't try to master the whole program in one day -- learn the basics so that you can draw, then pick a tool or two a day to read about/explore and gradually add them to your repertoire. Watching someone else use the programs is a great way to learn, too. |

I think a better starting place for the interactive presentation of PowerCADD is
http://www.engsw.com/PowerCADD/PowerCADD.html
The problem here is that some of the screens are for older versions of PowerCADD. It's my fault and when I have a free moment, I'll get them updated.

I had suggested that, but the response was negative. |
