Hi All,
I own a home in West Los Angeles with R3 zoning, and I'm interested in developing this property into a 3unit loft type complex. I would greatly appreciate if anybody out there with experience in a similiar project could inform me as to the cost/sq ft for construction.
Additionally, if there are any architects or GCs here that might be interested in taking on this project in the forseeable future, you're welcome to contact me.
If any of you here have already gone through a similiar project, I would love to hear your experiences.
