I found an old CAD program layin around and figured, what the heck ill make somthin. So here is my
NEO-WINDMILL

wind comes in from the right side, spins a turbine and comes out the left. Funky huh, probally not pratical. I would love some feedback on how to make it more realistic.

Try putting the exit flue facing up... depending on size and material it could be aided by natural buoyancy
