Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is searching for a new architectural team member for development support on planning and programming activities for a large correctional facility program in Northern California. As a new role in our organization, this person will have the ability to work in the areas of architecture and construction management under the direction of two experienced architects. This program focuses on areas of BIM (Building Information Modeling), planning, programming and construction management.
Knowledge and experience with architecture construction processes, methods and materials is required. Candidates should have knowledge of 3D Modeling and Auto CAD. Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential. Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree is preferred.
