I think you raise an interesting question, on the specific side for an online entrepeneur, and on the potentially commercial side for DesignCommunity.com.
I am suggesting to the web moderator, Kevin, for possibly an international on-line artist "bank", wherein talented persons like yourself can offer international design services for a nominal fee (if not free). and all you would need is a one-liner five word description, and a URL lookup, and email address.

I am curious... if a person used your service and your talents, what would be the shipping method, payment method, price and time, from your location to New York, for instance? 1 pound shipping weight.
Everything else is outsourced, why not have a Designers "Talent Bank" with this DesignCommunity website, offering services from all over the world. Sort of a "Design Talent E-Bay"
At the same time, you could offer liaison services from your unique part of the world, myself from Stamford Connecticut, yourself from...??? China.
Maybe you have started a great idea?
