[b][size=18]We want to out source complete Architectural designs for Plan & Elevation, exteriors & interiors, R.C.C. structures, Electricity& phone cables, water & sewerage, for our residential house at Ludhiana-India
Requirements:
As far as possible, we want to construct with Vastukala as well as modern designs.
We have 3 plots all adjoining North facing we 1700 sq .yds .
We want to use Appox. 500 sq yds for civil works and want lawns at front and rear.
We are four member family 2+2, We also require quarters for our servants.
Four Bed rooms, Kitchen, Drawing , Dining , Lobby, Pooja rooms, Dressing + Bath rooms recreation room at top floor ,with a Provision small lift.
We want to go for pillar & beam design and instead of bricks we want to go for cement blocks for which we have our own production
