hello,
I'm looking for some names of contemporary or modern (like terragni) italian architects and for interesting projects in italy.... It seems to be very difficult to find some "good" architecture in italy, besides the fantastic but classic examples of a great history in architecture.
If someone has some tips, names, and hints (of hidden architectural projects) it would be very nice.
This because I'm planning a trip to Italy from the north downwards until rome. I'm looking now for some time on the www, and it seems italy is one big fossile... I presume this isn't correct.
thanks in advance

| I went to Italy last summer for a study abroad architecture program. We looked at a lot of Scarpa works. You might try looking at his architecture. He did a private cemetary that might be hard to find, but very detailed along with his other projects in Verona. If this helps any! |
