Plz identify Three different methods of Dispute Resolution frequently used in the Construction Industry.
I would be appreciated if you could kindly analyse them in a little bit detail, as I'm really poor in this area.  |

Mediation-- a third party tries to bring the two different sides to a reolution.
Arbitration-- a formal process of hearing evidence from many parties, and the issuing a decision based on the facts and trstimony which is binding on both sides.
Litgiation-- full law suit heard by a court, judge, and or jury |
