I have a problem with the recently improved version of the Paint bucket tool. I noticed that some of my drawings had faint lines running horizontally on my printed sheets that didn't show up on the screen, and I tracked it down to the new Paint Bucket tool's method of creating the filled polygons.
I've added attachments (hope it works) to illustrate. The example is a simple "H" shape with legs of varying length. If you use the Paint bucket tool to fill the shape, on screen it looks fine and accurate, but when you alt-click with the WildTools polygon tool to reshape the filled part (see illustration), you can see that the object does not follow a simple line around the perimeter of the shape. (You can also see this if you make the line solid pattern rather than hidden.)
It causes problems because there is a fill of zero thickness joining parts of the fill and that sometimes gets printed as a very thin line. The method also causes problems when you reshape the object.
I've also noticed that if you create a polygon manually around the object, the area size is different from the area created by the Paint Bucket tool. (The Paint Bucket's area is always less)
