I am planning a few additions to my house in NJ:
- 15' X 30' gathering room
- 35' X 45' inground Swimming Pool enclosure (preferably aluminum + glass + polycarbonate)
- 30' X 20' Rec room on top of garages (3 car)
Have checked out with township (zoning + health) OK.
Have made a sketch (to scale) showing house floor plan + additions
Need help with
- archtectural design
- structural design
- mechanical design
- producing construction documents
Please let me know if you can help and how much you might charge asap.

Drafting Services:
All projects we receive are created under strict architectural graphic standards, with AIA approved layering system. On completion of your project, all work can be electronically transmitted to your location; a copy is prepared on CD and shipped to you via FedEx next day delivery. Upon your request, we may also provide a hard copy of the project, printed on reproducible bond.
Design Services:
We specialize in taking your hand sketch’s and provide you with preliminary drawings that illustrate the scope of work. Then upon your approval, we will create a comprehensive set of documents, that adheres to your design intent and specifications, which may then be used throughout your project, from the bidding process, to fabrication and installation.
We can also collaborate with you in the development of projects. Providing designs based on your client's requirements, taste and decor.
Paper to CAD:
Many firms are converting their hand drawn documents to disk or CD for easy storage. In most cases these documents are scanned, creating an image which can't be edited or easily reproduced. We will create your documents in CAD drawing files, which may be edited or reproduced as needed.
Stock Plan Redesign:
We can redesign your stock plans to satisfy your client's requirements. Provide you with a copy on reproducible bond along with a backup file on CD.
