Project asks to put tile in a baptistry, what kind of tile would be a good choice? What considerations should be taken? Baptistry is a room that is 10' in diameter.

Travertine, slate, marble, a faux version of these to make it look spendy but not pay it. Or you could use pink and blue ceramic tiles and alternate them. ?

well you have to have the tile match the church

what kind of style is this church?

i wouldnt put pink tiles in if the church was completely disagreeable in color

though i must say...pink and white does strike a tone!

I was totally joking about using pink and blue tile. Another option you could use is plywood and just paint on pink and blue squares.

you will want a tile that is rated for floor use with a high coefficient of friction to reduce the possibility of slip and fall accidents.

Nothing wrong with ceramic tiles. Check American-Olean division of Dal-Tile, Florida Tile, and other manufacturers on web for design ideas-- they all have impressive brochures full of projects.
