I have been working in a floor plan for a house I want to build for myself.

I would like to see if some of you could look at it a give me some feed back/suggestions on what I need to change or can Improve upon.

How many other residential designers in the forum?

Hello,

You are designing your own home...hmmm........

Can help with the Mechanical and Electrical layouts for a fee.

The other service I provide is "new"...ASMEIL drawings...if you check out
my web site it explains in more details.

But this ASMEIL service may help...by having
"all" the discipline drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior, and Landscape) in one drawing (integrated). So you can find all the "coordination" problems "ahead of time" instead during construction phase.

Anyway feel free to contact me,
Kind regards and good luck with your new adventure,
Sven

I am able to do the HVAC load calculations, duct design and supply you with specifications on the equipment of your choosing. I charge a flat fee per square foot. When I am done you will have all the info you need to get apples for apples pricing from your heating subs. Check out my web site and give me a call If you would like to email your number I will call you on my dime. It is very important that the heating and cooling be addressed before the final drawings are complete. I work out of my home so evenings are ok.
