Hello
I am assessing a building under LEED. I have to produce report under EA Credit 1 and I am looking for advice on best software to use. I am proficient in IES but understand that it is not straight forward to adapt it for LEED, and probably quite time intensive. Whereas software such as Energyplus, Carrier etc are not as good from an analysis point of view but more straight froward if used solely for LEED purposes.
My feel is use IES for concept desgin, but for LEED use simpler software such as Energyplus?
