Excellent !
I just went through the website. Its so meaningful. The construction industry lags behind the manufacturing industry in adopting lean techniques.
I sm sure that this technique will be a hit in India. The challenge in India is getting access to land, as the property prices have gone up, and it may constitute a significant cost of the whole project - but certainly makes great sense in rural environment too.
Any inputs on the cost of the moulds? Maybe on ecan tie up with the Rotary clubs etc to popularise this technique.
